FROM LIST TO DECISION

Prepare your list and move to registration at DomainQ.

Compare names for your brands and projects in one list with DomainQ’s bulk search tool. Remove duplicates, review preliminary results and verify your chosen domains in our customer panel before registration.

A domain list first passes spelling and duplicate checks, then separates into query results; selected names continue to the customer panel for the final registration check.
Example workflow: prepared list → preliminary query → panel confirmation. The illustrated statuses are examples, not live availability results.
01 / PREPARE THE LIST

A useful search starts with a clean list.

Paste your domains or upload a file and let the DomainQ tool prepare your list for searching. Include domain names only; leave out passwords, contact details and customer notes.

EXAMPLE INPUT

Pasted list

yourbrand.com
YOURBRAND.COM
https://www.yourbrand.com/about
yourbrand.net

Unique names

yourbrand.com
yourbrand.net

These four lines represent two distinct domain names. Cleaning the list does not check availability.

Use a complete domain

yourbrand.com and yourbrand.co are separate entries. A bare brand name is not completed. Pasted http(s) URLs have the path and www. prefix removed; entering the domain directly is clearest.

First column, first worksheet

CSV and TXT imports read the first column of each line; XLSX reads the first column of the first worksheet. Domain headers and empty lines are skipped. Imported names are appended to the current list.

Check duplicates and the limit

Equivalent names differing by case, www. or URL formatting are deduplicated before querying. Different extensions remain separate. Split lists exceeding 500 entries or the 2 MB file limit.

02 / READ THE RESULTS

Compare results and verify your choice in the panel.

DomainQ’s preliminary bulk search helps you review your list using registration information and DNS signals. Some responses come from a cache of up to 15 minutes. Recheck the name you choose in the customer panel before registration; the absence of DNS records alone does not establish availability.

Appears available

The domain may be open for registration. Continue to the DomainQ registration screen through “Verify in panel”; premium pricing, reserved names, country rules or a later registration can affect the result.

Appears registered

Registration or DNS signals were found; a domain may be registered even if its website does not open. If you own it, explore transferring it to DomainQ. For a new brand address, try another name or extension.

Unknown or invalid

An uncertain result means no definite answer was obtained; for an invalid entry, correct the domain spelling first. Then check in our customer panel or send the name to DomainQ support.

03 / PLAN REGISTRATION

Bring your new domains together at DomainQ.

After selecting extensions for your brand, continue registration in our panel. Review each domain’s conditions and price separately, and contact our team with questions about registering several names.

Country connections and evidence

.eu can require qualifying citizenship, residence or establishment; .ca requires Canadian presence; .com.au has Australian-presence and commercial criteria. An availability result is not an eligibility check.

Registration price and ongoing cost

Review DomainQ’s registration and renewal rates side by side. The selected total estimates registration only; it excludes VAT, renewals and names with unknown prices. See the extension-specific term and applicable total in your customer-panel order.

CSV, team review and registration

Download all results as a CSV to review with your team. Contact DomainQ support about your bulk registration needs. The support link does not send the list automatically; an individual registration link opens that domain in our panel.

Connecting DNS and services

Prepare domains registered with DomainQ for use with free Premium Anycast DNS and domain forwarding, and track renewals in your panel. Choose a primary address and redirects for alternatives. Website files, mailboxes and connection records are configured separately for the services you use.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Bulk Search and Registration at DomainQ

Answers for preparing your list, comparing results and continuing to registration.

How many names can I query at once?

Use up to 500 entries at a time in DomainQ’s bulk search tool. Split larger lists before searching; the tool does not silently take only the first 500 rows. File uploads have a separate 2 MB limit.

Is .com added if I omit the extension?

No. Enter a complete name such as yourbrand.com instead of yourbrand. Put each desired extension on its own line.

Which part of my file is read?

CSV/TXT imports read the first column of each line. XLSX imports read the first column of the first worksheet. Headers and empty lines are skipped. Combine names from multiple worksheets into one column first.

How are duplicates handled?

Case, www. and URL-format variants of the same name are consolidated before querying. yourbrand.com and yourbrand.net are different names and remain separate.

Why is a query result not a registration guarantee?

A preliminary result may come from a short-lived cache and can change later. Premium pricing, reserved names and registrant eligibility need separate checks. Use “Verify in panel” at DomainQ to open the registration screen and review the current result and conditions for your chosen name.

Does unknown mean the name is taken?

No. The preliminary search did not obtain enough information for a definite answer. In particular, a lack of DNS records does not prove availability for some country extensions. Check the name in the DomainQ customer panel or send it to our support team.

What does the selected total include?

It estimates the TRY registration cost of selected names with known standard prices. VAT, renewals, premium charges and extra services are excluded. Names without a known price are identified separately rather than treated as free.

Does the CSV contain only selected names?

No. Export includes all query results with domain, status, registration price and renewal price columns. Filters and selection do not narrow it. The CSV is not an order or reservation document.

Does the support button buy names or send the list?

The support button opens DomainQ’s contact page; it does not buy domains or send selected names automatically. Download the results CSV and share the relevant names in your request. For an individual domain, use “Verify in panel” to continue to the registration check in our customer panel.

Does this tool perform bulk transfers or configure DNS?

This tool prepares lists and runs preliminary searches for new registrations. To move existing domains to DomainQ, use our transfer page or discuss your portfolio with our team. After registration, DNS, renewal and forwarding tasks belong to domain management, while hosting and email setup belong to the relevant services.
