How do IDNs and Punycode relate?
An IDN contains permitted local-language characters. Punycode represents the name in ASCII for DNS; length and language-table rules still apply through conversion.
Does availability establish trademark rights?
No. A registry making a name available does not remove another party’s trademark rights. Research similar names and commercial use separately.
