Is a premium name the same as a registered name?
No. A registry premium name may be available for new registration. An address already held by someone else requires a separate acquisition from its holder.
What does a separate numeric category mean?
Labels containing 6–9 digits can fall into a separate registry price category. This does not mean all short .xyz names share those conditions.
